Life is full of transitions. We all have times in our life when we feel blocked or even stuck, yet how we navigate through life’s obstacles is paramount for reaching our potential. If you want to manage feedback better or know how to work through disappointment, frustration, and anxiety more effectively, consider a coaching session. Historically society conditions humans to avoid our feelings, avoid learning how to communicate, and avoid positive confrontation that removes obstacles. In every situation there is a space between the circumstances and how we respond to it. Do you want to talk about a promotion but not sure how to have that conversation? Do you want to talk about finances and it not turn into an argument? Do you want to present an idea with confidence and not fear it will immediately be shot down? Or perhaps, you want to discuss the never-ending productivity expectations but don’t know how without boiling over or walking away from the conversation. I have experience teaching my clients skills that help them express their feelings or receive feedback without blame or criticism. I have ridiculously fun methods to coach you though this utilizing one-on-one life coaching or speaking to your entire team. When you choose to pursue a dream, you must have a plan in order to make that dream a reality. A tool I prefer using to build the plan for your dreams is a mind map. A mind map captures your generated ideas at their infancy by illustrating a diagram used to visually organize information, and it often serves as the framework of your plan by removing distractions and focusing on the flow of ideas to "map out" your dreams. I continually witness clients I am coaching gain immense clarity from this exercise, ready to formulate action steps to make that idea come to life. I know you can achieve your dreams for yourself or your team. Once you have a plan, we will work together to help you gain traction and develop an accountability structure that is customized to your needs.
